      Title: Matzo Pizza
 Categories: Breads, Cheese, Herbs
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      4    Unsalted matzo crackers
    3/4 c  Tomato sauce
  1 1/2 c  Shredded mozzarella cheese
    1/2 ts Dried oregano
    1/4 ts Garlic powder
      8    Fresh basil leaves; thin
           - sliced
 
  Arrange matzo crackers in a single layer on a baking
  sheet. Top with tomato sauce, mozzarella, oregano and
  garlic. Broil 4" from the heat until cheese is melted,
  2-4 minutes. Sprinkle with basil.
