      Title: Chocolate-Avocado Mousse
 Categories: Five, Chocolate, Fruits
      Yield: 4 servings
 
    1/4 c  Refrigerated sweetened
           - coconut milk
    1/4 c  Maple syrup
    1/4 ts Vanilla extract
      2 md Ripe avocados, peeled,
           - pitted
    1/4 c  Baking cocoa
 
  Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process
  until smooth. Transfer to 4 dessert dishes. Refrigerate
  until serving, at least 2 hours.
