      Title: Cherry Tomato Salad
 Categories: Vegetables, Herbs, Sauces
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      1 qt Cherry tomatoes; halved
    1/4 c  Oil
      3 tb White vinegar
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Sugar
    1/4 c  Minced fresh parsley
      2 ts Minced fresh basil
      2 ts Minced fresh oregano
 
  Place tomatoes in a shallow bowl. In a small bowl, whisk
  oil, vinegar, salt and sugar until blended; stir in
  herbs. Pour over tomatoes; gently toss to coat.
  Refrigerate, covered, overnight.
