      Title: Oven Denver Omelet
 Categories: Dairy, Cheese, Pork, Vegetables
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      8 lg Eggs
    1/2 c  Half & Half cream
      1 c  Shredded Cheddar cheese
      1 c  Fine chopped fully cooked
           - ham
    1/4 c  Fine chopped green pepper
    1/4 c  Fine chopped onion
 
  Set oven @ 400ºF/205ºC.
  
  In a large bowl, whisk eggs and cream. Stir in the
  cheese, ham, green pepper and onion. Pour into a greased
  9-in. square baking dish.
  
  Bake until golden brown and the center is set, 25-30
  minutes.
