      Title: Pancake Syrup

      Yield: 1 servings
 
      1 c  (packed) brown sugar
      1 c  Sugar
      1 c  Water
      1 ts Maple flavoring
 
  In a small saucepan, combine the sugars and water. Bring
  to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from the
  heat; stir in maple flavoring. Refrigerate leftovers.
