      Title: Overnight Oatmeal

      Yield: 1 servings
 
    1/3 c  Old-fashioned oats
      3 tb Milk
      3 tb Plain yogurt
      1 tb Honey
    1/2 c  Assorted fresh fruit
      2 tb Chopped walnuts; toasted
 
  In a small container or Mason jar, combine oats, milk,
  yogurt and honey. Top with fruit and nuts. Seal;
  refrigerate overnight.
