      Title: Quick Chicken Caesar Salad
 Categories: Poultry, Cheese, Breads, Citrus, Greens
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      6 c  Torn romaine
      1 lb Boned, skinned chicken;
           - cooked, cut in strips
      2 c  Seasoned salad croutons
    3/4 c  Shredded Parmesan cheese
    1/2 ts Salt
      6 tb Olive oil
    1/3 c  Lemon juice
      3 cl (to 4) garlic; minced
    1/4 ts Coarse ground pepper
 
  In a salad bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. In a
  small bowl, whisk the oil, lemon juice, garlic and
  pepper. Pour over salad; toss to coat.
