Nope.  Should be able to get that down in a short time.  I don't know if
the ARRL has web-based code practice, but there are many programs.  W1AW
code practice would probably be quite difficult to receive consistently
in ZA-land.

I don't know the testing regimen, but 5wpm shouldn't be hard.  Entry
level theory testing also shouldn't be hard, probably a fair amount
of rote memorizing of band limits and the like.
