Is that what the identity Fido2telebot is?  I wrote something there.. but  
where does it go?

Yes, I noticed many resources available for building bots and quick-launch  
website pages (I can't find the info for the latter anymore, but the  
contest with cash prize money sounded awesome.)

This open telegram api looks amazing. Many options have been clearly  
thought of in advance.
