SEE?  I'm still here.  ;)  I think it is the result of someone just closing their TG account entirely, leaving "Deleted Account" everywhere - then when I cleaned up the group by deleting the "Deleted Account", that message was broadcast.

But the salient details are in the original post with the action reported: "removed Deleted Account".  See attached:
