Maybe someone else could chime in, but the linkup from Stas'  
BBS (Lame Users Breeding) and fido is copacetic.

NET_DEV seems to be limited to internode cooperation wrt the  
technology or code required to moving data between nodes, all  
fido-side.  The Telegram concerns presented here have nothing  
to do with that.

Perhaps the *real* development that is needed could be  
discussed and honed in TELEGRAM_ATTITUDE_DEV  ;)

I would be in favour of moving Telegram debate (and any  
dubious attitude) over there.

So, who wants to set up TELEGRAM.FIDONET?  Should it be part  
of the elist system? I don't mind talking to the elist bot.
