I totally understand your point. I've pointed out things that are different between the two, and I think Stas is doing a decent job of implementing things into his bot to address them as he is able to. There are, unfortunately some differences between the two technologies that simply can't be addressed. Ultimately, it will come down to a matter of can they be close enough, and can those ultilizing Telegram do so in the spirit of Fidonet messages.
