sorry but i don't see that as the same thing... those are externals and they 
stay external... they don't modify how GoldED or FM, for example, operate... 
addons to t-bird and ff inject themselves into those programs... a TIC 
processor certainly doesn't care about a BBS or a mailer... it only cares about 

a TIC file, the file it accompanies, and the destination directory...
