I ended up having a backup of the code and the document so I put it all back into Mystic this evening.  I am in the process of putting up a build for anyone to test that supports the STARTTLS implementation of the document I will send.

I haven't tested it much though just enough to see it actually work once between a Mystic client/server.

The documentation is a bit sloppy, not really intended to be anything formal.
