Hey Uncle!

Whatever happens to -> Ð, Ñ, Ò, Ó <- impacts fts-5003.001 wrt utf-8 characters,
 as well as 0x8d for the acceptable 8-bit character encodings of which only the
 iso-8859-x encodings escape this particular long standing bug of much
abandonware still in use within this fine hobby.
