The FTSC should stick to what the 'T' in "FTSC" stands for and stay away from 
the 'P' in policy and politics. And vice versa. A politician exerting undue 
pressure on a technician was the main trigger for me to resign as FTSC head 
honcho.

The last attempt to rewrite P4 did not fail because of incompetence of the *Cs, 
it failed because a very small number of renegades deliberately derailed the 
process.
