Everyone had the same amount of time to nominate a candidate.

Those with time management skills would have started their search back on 
October 31st, when Michiel announced he was stepping down.

It's not my decision.  I'm following the rules drafted by the FTSC members.  
You should have spoken out then, not after the election was underway.
