   If you mean ION (internet only nodes), i.e. with speed 300 in the nodelist, 
they passed 50% on 2016-12-12 according to the stats in Fidonews.

   Nodes with both POTS and internet are more difficult to count, so I leave 
that to someone else.  8-)
