R13C has not voted yet, and I was in contact with him today.  His echomail feed 
is down currently so I suggested he change his feed to another system, there 
are a number of other Star systems in Zone 1.  I hope he takes my suggestion as 
I would hate for him to lose his vote. <sigh>
