It was there.  There has always been a toggle for Circular Dupe detection.  I
think where most were confused was the wording of the toggle.  Either way, the
requirements you set forth are now attained... ie: imported and fowarded
messages are dupe checked for MSGID and, if desired, CRC.  Circular looped
messages will now be thrown in the bitbucket.
