It is one of the longer times.

Another consideration is your PC clock time?

You can send a routed ping to clrghouz ping@21:3/100, and the via lines will give you a timestamp of everyone it passes through. But stuff coming from Hub 1 is normlly pretty quick, so it just might have been busy at the time...

I dont translate anything. If the message comes with a CHRS kludge line, then I re-use the original CHRS with the reply, otherwise, I add "CP437 2". In this case, I'm guessing because it was a NNTP post, your endpoint added the "UTF-8 4" (or your SmapiNNTPd did?)
