Yes, SBBS stores a crc value for the message body. Another message body like 
that will not be imported or sent on to linked nodes. That's a little brutal 
but works wonders in this scenario.

This method fails when another like message arrives with a new msgid and time 
stamp. Those messages will simply be dropped, a problem for BBS ads and 
moderator rules postings.

Yes, depending on the number of crc's you are keeping and the number of 
messages an area receives, it could be a while before a message with the same 
message body is imported again, and the cycle continues.
