Yep, we used to get up around 4am to milk the cows.. but I don't know if Todd 
has any cows there.. :)

That's going to be a tough one to do. I don't know of any tosser that can 
detect that kind of flooding and turn the link off.

You could add a filter to hpt's perl hooks but I think that gets complex.
