I like docker for many reason (from the developers point of view and the consumers) - and installing everything again (I'm paraphrasing your comment) is not a requirement. In many deployments, it does look like if I have 5 LEMP stacks, you end up with 5 DB instances, 5 PHP instances, 5 NGINX instances - but that doesnt take up 5 x the space (of the applications). Is that what you meant, and your concern, by your comment? For those 5 LEMP environments, you could end up with 1 NGINX, 1 DB and 5 PHPs - but most deployments dont do this for scalabilty and availablity reasons (which is, IMHO, one of the core benefits of docker). ....лоеп --- SBBSecho 3.14-Linux * Origin: I'm playing with ANSI+videotex - wanna play too?
