Is the issue that 7 days is too often, or is the issue that people are
ignoring that suggestion and posting more frequently?  If it is the latter,
lifting the number upwards won't fix much.

Until recently, I was the moderator of the FIDO ads echo and the issue
there was usually the latter for sure... that and misbehaving bots.
