I'm glad you're on the mend. Feel free to disregard the message I sent
you on Agency (I think I sent one anyway) but that was before I knew what
was happening. Deon sorted me out.

There is lots of support here for you if you need it, lots of people who
care, and I don't think any body would be upset if it takes more time to
get back to usual.
