Subj : Feedback To : All From : apam Date : Tue May 04 2021 06:17 pm Hey So you already know most of my feedback, but I'll put it here so others may comment. Fsxnet has grown a lot over the years. It's what, at least 5 years old now? I think while the goals haven't changed, the dynamic has. As it gets bigger, the less close knit it becomes - and I don't thing it's a bad thing, so much as it's a thing each of us needs to be aware of. There are people of both sides of political spectrums, people of different religions, etc, and so there's always going to be clashes of opinions, always going to be disagreements. I think moderation might become more important as things get bigger, while in the past we can mostly self moderate and that has worked - even if it's just reminders of how to behave. Moderation does mean more work to maintain the net, perhaps there could be designated moderators (possible the hub operators?) that can report to you. Just some resonable people that can hand out reminders, and if things get out of hand report to you. So there is a consquence for bad behaviour. It's dinner time now, so I'll leave this here.
