I was reading the alt.usenet.offline-reader.forte-agent newsgroup this morning and it was reported that some are seeing a significant decrease in google groups spam.  They are thinking that Google itself has taken some sort of action.  But the truth is they will just move on to other areas.  It's a never ending battle!
