Yup, easy peasy...

Create a sciypt with:

===
#!/bin/bash

(echo -e \\x01CHRS: CP437 2 && echo -e \\x01TZUTC: 1000 && cat)
===

And make it executable (chmod +x name_of_script.sh)

I guess you would have TZUTC: 1200

Then you pipe through the script before calling txt2pkt.

EG: For the Hub 3 queue stats I use

/usr/local/tools/show-queue|usr/local/tools/cp437-tz.sh|txt2pkt ...
