Subj : Mystic BBS and Doors

Howdy,

So I am running Mystic BBS on Ubuntu and I am interested in running some really basic doors like LORD etc, and I am struggling at the first hurdle.

In the docs, it mentions running dosemu which I beleive is referenced to as version 1.4, however I am only able to find / install 2.0.  I've tried various configurations to get this to work but I've just not been able to get it to work, so far I have been unable to map any drives.

Is there a better way of handling doors?  I did wonder if I could spin up a docker instance running on old version of DOS (if that even exists) and then hand off door games / apps to that?

Any pointers in the right direction, what to read and what to research would be appreciated.
