I would also consciously keep in mind, none of the people assisting are doing
this as "their job" (i.e. they are NOT being paid).

I have ran BBSs since the early 90's, and the community is like a brother-hood.
While at (MANY) times there are moments of frustration, try to keep in mind
that everyone wants to help. 

(my 2 cents) take it or leave it.
