I am running my Mystic BBS on a Windows 10 machine on a local machine.  I would like to 
purchase and install an SSL certificate.  Can anyone give me a step by step on how to do 
it?  I checked the Mystic wiki and couldn't find any results.

I know I have to open the port to allow incoming access.  Do I have to edit the 'Configure 
Servers' area to allow the connection there as well?

I haven't yet purchased the certificate.  I assume I also have to create an email account for 
admin@mystic-hobbies.com as well?
