Maybe something with the List ACS for those message bases, causing them to
show up in several places? For my fsxNet message bases, I have:

List ACS    ³ s10g2

....where g2 is the message group for fsxNet. That way those message bases should only show up if you have selected ("joined") the fsxNet message group.
