You're in for an easy ride, backup everything first!

Assuming you are you have a 32 bit OS installed you can essentially copy
all of your Mystic across to the new system. 

Next step is to update the binary files of your (now old) 64bit Mystic to the 32bit versions...

Grab a 32 bit of Mystic from the website and unpack the installer files.

Now assuming your (soon to be updated) version of the 64bit Mystic is sitting in c:\mystic you could run this command

install replace c:\mystic 

That will update the binaries in the c:\mystic directory and put in the 32 bit ones overwriting the 64 bit ones.

Once that's done I'd jump into c:\mystic and then run

mplc -all

That will recompile your scripts

check things out with a mystic -ver  and you should see 32 bit against the info that comes back.

Try logging in locally etc. and confirm all is well 

The you can restart MIS, check your OS has firewall ports open to MIS for your telnet, binkP port etc.. and you should be good to go.

If you were moving from a linux to a windows OS you would need to worry about file paths and changing the paths in Mystic and in your filebases but if it's 64 to 32 bit windows it's much easier.
