Related to this -- on Linux, I create a semaphore file from the sysop menu using the "(!C) Create Semaphore" command and "restart.now" in the Data field. I then have a scheduled job (crontab) which looks for that file every minute and, if it exists, deletes it and restarts MIS ('systemctl restart mis'). Perhaps something similar would be possible to schedule using the Task Scheduler in Windows? Calling a CMD/BAT/PS1 script every minute or so...
