You can find arrogant people anywhere.

I find Synchronet support to be great. I had an issue recently and once the problem was found the solution followed shortly afterwards.

That is not a bad place to be.

I wouldn't abandon Synchronet because a few people that hang around have bad attitudes. Those people have nothing to do with Synchronet development or where it is going.
