Welcome back to BBSing! Are you running a Windows system or Unix? If your using a windows system maybe this will help a bit. I've had luck with most of the games I've run but a few of the older ones like Yankee Trader I haven't been able to get to run. I use Netfossil to run the doors here (I think 1.14 is the one I'm using) Just has to be unzipped. On my system I have a NETFOSS subdirectory under my main \Mystic directory.  In this folder I have a NF.BAT file:

d:\mystic\netfoss\netfoss.com %1 
if errorlevel 1 goto end
d:\mystic\netfoss\netcom.exe %1 %2 %3 %4 %5 %6 %7 %8 %9
d:\mystic\netfoss\netfoss.com /u

Set up the doors using the instructions for each door. In the Mystic menu
editor then you call the NF.BAT passing arguments. For example, here is my
Trade Wars setup:

Action List:
Command: (DD) Exec external program
Data:    d:\mystic\netfoss\nf.bat /N%3 /h%0 d:\mystic\doors\2002\TW.BAT %3

My tw.bat simply goes to the directory and calls TW2002 TWNODE=%1


For some of the newer doors you can use the DOOR32 Action basicly works the
same. For Galactic Dynasty I have:

Command: (D3) Exec DOOR32 program
Data:    d:\mystic\netfoss\nf.bat /N%3 /h%0 d:mystic\doors\gdynwin\rungd.cmd
         %Pdoor32.sys %N %H

My rungd.cmd navigates to the directory and calls GalacticDynasty.exe %1 %3
(I don't remember why I'm not passing %2)
