yes i know it doesn't need 23, but the amount of crap i get with binks port too is silliness..

like i say, it was a combination of things, between the delegation changes, some routing issues on the isp side and then me having to reconfig the firewall it is all up and running now though. but yea. I would still rather block certain things out of my network unless i specifically want them in there lol
