Subj : Netrunner SHIFTED characters problem

Hello guys, i am trying netrunner, it look good and complete software but.... i can't write ":" or any character that need shift.
I am from Italy and i use Italian keyboard and ubuntu 22.04.
I see that in options there is keyboard tab but is gray, unselectable, is it something related to my problem?
