Subj : SSH Error: Unable to set key (-2)

Hello all, 

I recently had to restore my BBS on a fresh install of Raspbian on my Pi. I
have back to 99% except for SSH with the error in the title of this post. 

So I am not sure where to start looking for the issue. By the message it's
something with the encryption key. 

Anyone have a thought or idea where to look?
