The issue is the port number it's 24556 not 24566 :)

But having said that you can now just put in agency.bbs.nz and leave the port
number out and it will work. 

For info the 1/100 HUB now listens on 24554 which the default BinkP port when
you don't state the domain name... it will also listen on 24556 too for
legacy folks.
