Hmm.

So can you double check the netmail base you are trying to post to is set as
a base type=netmail and that you ACS settings do allow your you as a logged
in user to be able to read and post.

Also, check export to is set to 0 nodes

Also confirm what net address you have set for the base.

Let's start with those..

OK so that's cool, you're running the merge nodelists stanza in MUTIL then
and getting the output you would expect.
