Working on a custom Bulletin viewer in luascript for Talisman. So far,
working well!

- Configurable light bar position & colors
- New bulletin indicator (asterisk)
- Page up/down when viewing bulletins
- Filters out SAUCE records
- Random menu art

Because I'm not use bbs_display_gfile() I can't use inline macros, but I
think that's OK. Unless Talisman had a lua hook to deal with displaying
specific rows in a file, to handle a scrolling type function, like an
ANSI gallery thing...
