Changing Message-IDs after a rescan/import looks like a problem. UMSGIDs might change and Gatebau-compatible Message-IDs / References will be affected by the hpt/smapi JAM 2-second bug.

For some reason you messages also don't have a REPLY kludge, but apam's message do. Both written with Talisman v0.45-dev?
