I think you've mixed up nodelist browsing with area lists?

With nodelist browsing you want to add all your nodelists to one database
in "data/nodelist.sqlite3"

../toolbelt nodelistp fsxnet FSXNET.123 data/nodelist.sqlite3

../toolbelt nodelistp fidonet FIDONET.345 data/nodelist.sqlite3

where FSXNET.123 and FIDONET.345 are your FSXnet and fidonet nodelists
respectivley.
