Sorry about the spam,

What I've been trying to do is add optional hooks to postie when it scans
or tosses a message in a particular area.

The idea is when a new message is entered on the local BBS or comes in
via the net, the hook will fire, and it includes as arguments the area
tag, the subject and the author.

I'm using this to execute a python bot i wrote that posts that a new
message is ready to be viewed in the talisman area to my shiny new matrix
room.

So far it seems to work, except for double quotes, I can't quiet figure
out how to escape them... and it's late. So for now it just changes them
to single quotes ;p
