It's very true. Mystic had nothing to send. Much of the Talisman message
system seems to work internally ok. Packets still don't go out to Mystic,
though messages are on the BBS. I've played with it a few days and although
it seems the message area configs are in order, and Mystic sends packets now,
nothing is imported. As time permits, we'll try again. My TOML files may
still be screwed up.
