It's not the pageup/pagedown buttons themselves, it's how the index
reader keeps track of where it's up to, etc.

pageup/page down is supported most other places in talisman, and it's a
simple matter of updating the selected line to +/- the screen height. in
the index reader it's more of a tree than a list.

It's probably not as hard as I'm making out, i just haven't been in the
headspace to sit and think it through I guess.
