I've seen some old youtube clips with HAMs seemingly running TCP/IP over RF using the AX.25 protocol and slow baud rates. I figured this would be the first thing to have to get sorted before the BBS software could answer telnet calls and/or push PKT message files out over RF for another BBS to receive and import...
