Here in the states, it's *possible* that you might have access to a local
community radio station that allows the 'general public' to host radio shows.
The other option is to rent airtime, which I know you can do on Shortwave.
(If you check out the shortwave subreddit, there are usually guys on their
pimping their radioshows.) I think one advantage of both of those options is
that both the community radio station and the shortwave station almost
certainly have ASCAP agreements, which means you can play anything you want
(well, anything that ASCAP has licensed, which I believe is almost
everything.)
